- 3 bunches of green onions
- 3 bunches of green garlic (or 3 cloves of dry garlic if you can't find it)
- 2 bunches of dill
- 2 bunches of parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 raw eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for brushing on top
Preparation instructions:
1. Preparing the ingredients: Start by finely chopping the chicken breast, green onions, green garlic, dill, and parsley. Use a sharp knife to get small, even pieces, which will help with even cooking.
2. Mixing the composition: In a large bowl, add the minced meat, onions, garlic, dill, and parsley. Beat the 3 raw eggs in another container and add them to the meat mixture. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous composition.
3. Preparing the pastry sheet: If you chose to use two pastry sheets, slightly overlap them to form a thicker base. Place the sheet on a flat surface prepared with a little oil to prevent sticking.
4. Adding the boiled eggs: Arrange the boiled eggs in the middle of the meat composition, in a straight line. This will give an attractive look to the roll once it is sliced.
5. Rolling the preparation: Carefully roll the pastry sheet around the filling, ensuring that the eggs are well incorporated into the mixture. Use parchment paper to facilitate the rolling process.
