To prepare these delicious horns with a variety of fillings, we will start by ensuring that we have all the ingredients ready and at hand. We begin with the butter, which we cut into cubes and then combine with the milk in a small pot. We gently heat the mixture, being careful not to bring it to a boil, but just enough for the butter to melt completely. This step is essential for obtaining a soft and fragrant dough.

In the bowl of the kneading machine, we add the ingredients in the appropriate order. The first ingredient will be the warm milk and butter mixture, followed by the two whole eggs, a pinch of salt to balance the flavor, powdered sugar to provide sweetness, sifted flour to ensure a fine texture, and finally, the yeast. We select the kneading program and let the machine do its job, transforming the ingredients into an elastic and homogeneous dough.

Meanwhile, we take care of the filling. In a mixer or with the help of a food processor, we grind a cup of nuts until they become powder. In a separate bowl, we mix the ground nuts with 2-3 tablespoons of raw sugar for added texture and sweetness, add the 2 tablespoons of cocoa for an intense chocolate flavor, and finally, gradually incorporate water until we obtain a sticky composition, similar to thick jam. This will be our delicious filling.

Once the dough is ready, we divide it into smaller pieces and form balls about the size of a golf ball. On a work surface sprinkled with a little flour, we roll out each ball of dough until we reach the size of a palm. On each dough disc, we place 1-2 tablespoons of filling and distribute it evenly. We carefully roll the dough, folding the edges to seal it. We will repeat this process, filling some with the nut and cocoa mixture, others with diced Turkish delight, and a third with fragrant rosehip jam.

After placing the horns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, we take care of glazing. We break an egg, separating the egg white from the yolk. We brush each horn with the yolk to give them a beautiful golden color, wait a few moments for it to dry, then apply a thin layer of egg white, which will create a shiny crust. We preheat the oven to a medium temperature and, once it is ready, we place the tray with the horns for about 20 minutes.

Vigilantly, we watch the horns as they brown beautifully. When we see them golden and appetizing, we take them out of the oven and place them on a rack to cool slightly. We can't resist biting into a warm, fluffy horn, full of fragrant filling, which will delight our senses. Enjoying this delicacy will turn any moment into a special one, full of joy and flavor!
