To prepare a delicious meat and dumpling dish, we will start by salting the meat cut into small pieces, ensuring that each piece is well seasoned. In a large skillet or pot, we heat a generous amount of fat, either oil or lard, over medium heat. In the same fat, we add finely chopped onion, which will turn golden and sweet as it sautés. When the onion becomes golden, we add a teaspoon of sweet paprika, stirring quickly to release the flavors of the spice. Then, back in the skillet, we add the meat, thoroughly mixing the ingredients. We deglaze everything with tomato broth and hot soup or water, enough to completely cover the meat. This step is essential to create a rich and savory sauce.

We let the dish simmer on low heat, making sure to stir occasionally. If we notice that the liquid reduces too much, we can add a little hot soup to maintain the desired consistency. Meanwhile, we prepare the dumplings. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, as for an omelet, then gradually add the flour, mixing vigorously to avoid lumps. The mixture should have a medium consistency so that it can be easily shaped.

To form the dumplings, moisten a teaspoon in the boiling sauce and take a little of the dough, dipping it into the sauce.
