To prepare a delicious cake, we start by gathering all the necessary ingredients. You will need 200 grams of butter at room temperature, 150 grams of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 vanilla essence, 200 grams of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Make sure all the ingredients are fresh to achieve a perfect taste.

The first step in the cooking process is to take a large bowl and add the softened butter. Using an electric mixer or a spatula, start creaming the butter until it becomes creamy and airy. Gradually add the sugar and continue mixing until the mixture becomes fluffy and a bright white. This step is essential because the incorporated air will contribute to the fine texture of the cake.

After the butter and sugar are well mixed, add the eggs one at a time, ensuring that each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Add the vanilla essence, which will give your cake a tempting aroma. Mix all the ingredients well until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

The next step is to incorporate the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. The latter will enhance the sweet flavors. After this interval, increase the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cake turns golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

After the cake is baked, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. You can serve it plain or decorate it with powdered sugar, chocolate glaze, or fresh fruits, depending on your preferences.
