To prepare a delicious layered cake with cream, we start by combining the basic ingredients. In a large bowl, we add flour, lard, and sugar, mixing well to obtain a homogeneous and fine composition. Then, we add the eggs, milk, baking powder extinguished with lemon juice, and the three tablespoons of melted honey. It is essential to mix all the ingredients well so that we obtain a uniform dough, which will form the base of the cake.

Once the dough is well homogenized, we divide it into two equal pieces. From the first piece, we bake two layers on the back of a tray, being careful to level them evenly. It is recommended to divide each layer into three strips on the warm tray, so that the middle part is wider. This step is crucial, as the layers contain honey and can harden quickly, making them harder to cut later.

For the second piece of dough, we add about three tablespoons of cocoa, mixing well to obtain a homogeneous composition. From this dough, we make twenty long sticks, which will be the size of the tray in which we baked the layers. These sticks will add a delicious contrast to the cake.

The cream is prepared by mixing four packets of pudding with 250 grams of sugar and 1.5 liters of milk. We boil the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. After the cream has cooled, we add 250 grams of margarine, mixing well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. If we want to achieve two different colors of pudding, we divide the ingredients in half.

For assembling the cake, on a tray, we place a wide strip of the layer, then add a generous layer of cream and place three chocolate sticks. We continue by covering the sticks with another layer of cream, and on top, we place two more sticks, being careful to place them between the ones below. We cover again with cream and put the last stick in the middle, covering it with cream as well.

To finish the cake, we place narrower strips on top, forming a roof. We do the same for the other layer, thus obtaining two similar structures. Finally, we cover everything with a chocolate glaze, which will give a shiny and attractive appearance to the cake. We let the cake cool well and stabilize before serving. This cake is perfect for any occasion and will surely impress everyone who tastes it.
