We place them in a pot with cold water and add a teaspoon of salt, then boil for 25 minutes or until they become soft. Once cooked, we drain the water and let the potatoes cool slightly, after which we mash them using a potato masher or a fork, making sure to achieve a fine puree.

In a large bowl, we will prepare the dough. We add sifted flour, soft butter, the potato puree, and a pinch of salt. We knead the mixture well until it becomes homogeneous and elastic, not sticking to our hands. This dough will form the base of our pie. We grease a 26 cm round cake pan, then spread the dough inside the pan, ensuring we raise a high edge to hold the filling. In a separate bowl, we lightly beat the eggs, then add sour cream, milk, and broth, mixing well until we achieve a homogeneous mixture. This will be carefully poured over the meat filling.

We preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the pie in the oven, allowing it to bake for about 45 minutes. It is important to check from time to time until the pie takes on a nice golden color. Once baked, it can be served warm or cold, being perfect for any occasion or family meal.
