This delicious recipe promises to transform an ordinary meal into an unforgettable culinary experience, full of diverse flavors and textures. Start by preparing the meat, which will become the base of this savory dish. Cut the meat into small, uniform pieces to ensure it cooks evenly. Mix these pieces with the marinade sauce, which can contain soy sauce, honey, garlic, and aromatic spices. Allow the meat to absorb all these flavors for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, where it will turn into a flavorful delicacy.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Clean the peppers, carrots, and onion, then cut them into cubes. It is important that the vegetables are cut evenly so they cook at the same time. The garlic, hot peppers, and ginger should also be cleaned and finely chopped, as they will add extra flavor and a touch of spiciness to your dish.

At this point, you can prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients mentioned for the sauce, setting it aside for later. Once the meat has marinated sufficiently, fry it in hot oil over high heat for about 3 minutes. It will develop a delicious crust while keeping its juiciness inside. After frying, transfer the meat to a bowl and let it cool.

In the same skillet, fry the peanuts for a few moments until they start to emit a pleasant roasted smell. Remove them to a plate and set aside. Continue with the preparation of the vegetables: in the same skillet, add the chopped hot peppers, then after a few moments, add the pieces of ginger and garlic. Mix the ingredients well, then add the onion and let it sauté for 30 seconds.

Once the onion becomes translucent, add the pepper cubes and carrots. Let them sauté for a minute to keep their crunch. Now, add the fried meat and peanuts to the skillet. Mix all the ingredients together and let them fry for another minute. Finally, add the previously prepared sauce and let everything cook until the sauce thickens, coating the ingredients with a savory glaze.

Serve the dish warm, it can be accompanied by rice or noodles for added substance. Enjoy your meal!
