To prepare a special dessert, we will start by making the fluffy base, which will be the foundation of our cake. It is essential to maintain a moderate temperature so that the cream does not form lumps. We continue to stir until the cream thickens, then set it aside to cool.

Once the base has completely cooled, we will proceed to assemble. Using a cookie cutter, we cut the base into circles or squares, depending on preference. With the help of a piping bag, we decorate each piece with a generous layer of vanilla cream, creating an attractive appearance. For an elegant finish, we adorn each portion with shiny jelly and chocolate-covered cherries.
