After adding the risen yeast, start kneading the dough. You will need to invest a few minutes in this process until you get an elastic and non-sticky dough. Fold and knead it well, then let it rise in a warm place, covered with a clean towel, until it doubles in volume, usually about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, you can prepare the filling ingredients. Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips, then lightly brown it in a pan until it becomes golden and juicy. In another pan, slice the bell peppers thinly and sauté them over high heat for 2 minutes, so they retain their crunchy texture. Peel the pineapple and cut it into cubes, bringing a sweet-sour contrast that will perfectly complement the savory flavors of the pizza.

After the dough has risen, divide it into two equal parts and roll each piece into a thin sheet. Spread each sheet with tomato sauce, sprinkle half of the cheese, then add the browned chicken breast, pineapple cubes, sliced bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped green onion.

Place the pizza in the preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius and let it bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges become golden and crispy. Finally, take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, allowing it to melt slightly.

Additionally: 100 ml of tomato juice (homemade). For the filling: one small chicken breast, 400 g of cheese, one pineapple, two red bell peppers, a few green onion stalks, a sprig of cherry tomatoes.
