To prepare a delicious and healthy salad, we will start by boiling two pots of water with salt. In one of the pots, we will cook the pasta, following the instructions on the package to achieve the perfect consistency. In the other pot, we will add broccoli and peas, which we will blanch for 2-3 minutes to retain their vibrant color and crunchy texture. It is important not to leave them on the heat too long, so they do not become soft and lose nutrients.

While the pasta and vegetables are cooking, we can prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, we will combine soy sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. The mixture will have a special flavor, and the ginger and garlic will add a spicy and aromatic note. If you like heat, you can add a few slices of chili pepper, but be careful – for those who prefer a milder taste, it is recommended to use it sparingly.

After the pasta is cooked, we will drain it under a stream of cold water to stop the cooking process and maintain its al dente texture. It will be added to a large bowl along with the blanched vegetables, namely broccoli and peas, which have already cooled down. For an extra touch of freshness, we can add halved cherry tomatoes and finely chopped green onions. These ingredients will not only enrich the salad with vitamins but also bring a pleasing contrast of colors to the eye.

On top of all the ingredients, we will pour the previously prepared dressing and mix carefully so that each ingredient is well coated. This salad can be served warm or cold, making it ideal for any occasion, from a quick lunch to a more elegant dinner. It is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy a healthy meal full of flavor and nutrients. So, get ready to savor a vibrant salad full of life and delicious aromas!
