To prepare this delicious recipe, we start with the bread dough. Choose a simple dough recipe based on flour, water, yeast, salt, and a splash of olive oil. Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous dough, then let it rest in a warm place, covered with a clean towel, for about an hour, or until it doubles in volume. This process is essential for achieving fluffy and airy bread.

After the dough has risen, sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and divide it into equal-sized balls. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave enough space between them to expand during baking. Cover the tray with a towel to prevent the dough from drying out and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and mint, using a food processor or a sharp knife. This combination will add a fresh and aromatic flavor to the dish. In a bowl, place the minced meat, add the onion, garlic, and mint mixture, as well as a beaten egg to bind the ingredients together. Mix well with your hands until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

To form the meatballs, wet your hands with water to prevent the mixture from sticking. Take portions of the meat mixture and shape them into larger meatballs, ensuring they are uniform. Place them on a piece of plastic wrap, preparing them for frying.

450 g of chicken breast, 1 teaspoon of vegeta, pepper, 1/2 bunch of fresh mint, 1 egg, 1/4 baguette (bread), 1 medium onion, 2 cloves of garlic. For the bread: bread recipe (that you like), but with wholemeal flour. Salad: tomato, onion, cheese. For the sauce: 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard.
