To prepare a tasty chicken roll, start by finely chopping the chicken breast using a sharp knife. Make sure each piece is uniform so that it cooks evenly. Once you have the minced meat, you can add a variety of fresh vegetables. I recommend grated carrots, finely chopped onion, and colorful bell peppers to add not only flavor but also an attractive palette of colors.

After adding the vegetables, don't forget to season the mixture. You can use salt, pepper, sweet or hot paprika, according to your preferences, and maybe even some herbs like oregano or basil. Mix all the ingredients well, ensuring that the vegetables and spices are evenly distributed in the mixture.

The next step is to divide the obtained mixture into two equal parts. Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil, which you will grease with a splash of oil to prevent the mixture from sticking. Place the first portion of the filling on the foil and use your hands to shape it like a salami, carefully rolling it to avoid leaving air between the mixture and the foil. Make sure to tightly seal the ends of the foil to maintain the shape of the roll during cooking.

Repeat the process for the second portion. Place the formed rolls in a deep baking dish, in which you will add water so that they are covered halfway. This will help maintain moisture in the oven, preventing the rolls from drying out. Preheat the oven to a medium temperature of 180 degrees Celsius and place the dish in the oven for about 30 minutes. Be careful, as cooking time is essential; if you leave them too long, the rolls can become dry.

After 30 minutes, check the rolls. They should be cooked but still juicy. Remove the dish from the oven and carefully open the aluminum foil, being cautious of the hot steam. Now, you can roll the chicken roll in a mixture of poppy seeds and sesame seeds for added texture and flavor. Use a sharp knife to cut the rolls into slices about one centimeter thick. Serve them warm as an appetizer, and enjoy the delicious combination of chicken and vegetables that will surely impress everyone!
