Beef is a versatile and flavorful ingredient that can be transformed into delicious dishes. We start by washing the beef well, ensuring it is clean and free of impurities. We put it to boil in a pot of water, adding a few peppercorns, a little salt, and two bay leaves to give it a fragrant taste. We let the meat boil over medium heat for about an hour or until it becomes tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.

After the meat has boiled, we take it out of the water and let it cool down well. Once it is cold, we chop it finely with a sharp knife, making sure to get uniform pieces that will blend harmoniously with the other ingredients. In the meantime, we take care of the potatoes. We wash the potatoes well and boil them whole, in their skins, to retain their flavor and nutrients. After they have boiled, we let them cool, then peel them and chop them finely, just like the meat.

We continue with the vegetables: red onion, bell pepper, and cucumbers, which we wash well before chopping them finely. It is important to cut them so that all the ingredients mix well and combine perfectly in the salad. In a large bowl, we put all the chopped ingredients: meat, potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and cucumbers.

Now it’s time to make the dressing. We prepare a delicious sauce from mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, pepper, and paprika, mixing them well until we get a homogeneous composition. We pour the sauce over our colorful salad, mixing with a large spoon, making sure to cover all the ingredients evenly. We let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, during which the flavors will blend perfectly and intensify.

To add a touch of freshness and a pleasant appearance to the dish, we can decorate the salad with fresh parsley leaves or green lettuce leaves. Also, for an extra flavor and a more festive look, we can add boiled eggs, cut into slices or rounds. This salad is not only delicious but also very nutritious, perfect for a lunch or a savory dinner. Enjoy your meal!
