Wash the chicken wings under a stream of cold water, making sure to remove any impurities. After this, dry them well using absorbent towels to eliminate excess water, which will help the marinade adhere better. Place the wings in a zip-lock bag, but if you prefer, you can use a bowl or a container with a lid, ensuring you have a well-sealed container.

For the marinade, start by finely chopping the carrot and dehydrated onion. Use a blender or a grater to achieve a uniform consistency. Add garlic granules for extra flavor, then introduce Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, and honey. Whisk the ingredients together, ensuring they blend perfectly into a homogeneous mixture. Finally, add lime or lemon juice if you want a more tangy flavor, and white wine, then adjust the taste with salt and pepper. It is essential to check the taste of the marinade to ensure it is balanced.

Pour the marinade over the wings, seal the bag tightly or cover the bowl, and gently shake so that each wing is well coated. It is recommended to let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, but ideally, leave them overnight. During this time, the marinade will penetrate deeply into the meat, providing an intense flavor.

After marinating, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Turn the wings into the baking dish, adding the marinade as well. Make sure the wings are arranged in a single layer for even cooking. Drizzle them with olive oil, which will help them brown beautifully.

Place the dish in the oven and bake the wings for about 30-40 minutes at medium heat. During this time, it is important to baste them a few times with the sauce from the dish to achieve an appetizing glaze. If you wish, you can turn them to brown evenly on both sides.

Once ready, the wings will be nicely browned, slightly sticky, and with a delicious sauce. Serve them while they are warm, alongside a fresh salad or fries, for a tasty meal. This recipe will surely bring joy to the table, whether you prepare it for a family dinner or a party with friends.
