Pork, a versatile and flavorful ingredient, has been sliced into thicker pieces, giving it a juicy texture. After scoring each piece, I filled the grooves with fresh garlic to impart an intense and aromatic flavor. The red pepper and large onion, both carefully peeled, were sliced thinly, ready to add a splash of color and flavor to the dish. The mushrooms, delicious and full of moisture, were separated from the stems, which I carefully cleaned and set aside for later use.

In a large oven-safe dish, I poured a few tablespoons of olive oil, essential for providing a rich flavor to the dish. I sprinkled salt, pepper, and homemade vegeta (for an extra touch of naturalness) over the oil in the dish. The slices of meat, filled with aromatic garlic, were well rolled in the fragrant mixture, ensuring that all sides were evenly coated. I placed the meat in the center of the dish and generously added slices of onion, pepper, a few whole garlic cloves, and mushrooms, all sprinkled with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.

After covering the dish with aluminum foil, I placed it in the preheated oven, allowing the meat to cook for an hour. In the meantime, I finely chopped the mushroom stems and the small onion, which I placed in a pan with a splash of olive oil. I sautéed the mixture over medium heat for a few minutes until the onion became translucent and the mushrooms began to release their juice. Then, I added 4-5 tablespoons of white wine, letting it boil until it evaporated completely, and the mixture became thicker. I seasoned with salt, pepper, and freshly chopped dill, then set it aside, preparing for the final stage.

When the meat was perfectly cooked, I removed the dish from the oven and discarded the pepper and onion, leaving only the delicious meat. I filled the mushrooms with the mixture of stems and onion, then placed the dish back in the oven, setting the broil function to achieve a delicious browning. I closed the oven when the meat developed a golden crust, then I sprinkled shredded cheese over the mushrooms and left them in the turned-off but still warm oven to melt the cheese.

In the end, I served this delicious dish alongside crispy fried potatoes and a side of stewed vegetables, creating a feast that delighted everyone's taste buds. The rich flavors and combination of ingredients transformed this recipe into a true culinary celebration.
