Over the sautéed onion, add the minced meat, chopped with a cleaver, and sauté everything for 30 minutes, stirring constantly to achieve an even texture and prevent the meat from sticking to the bottom of the pan. It is essential that all the meat is cooked evenly, so do not hesitate to break it into smaller pieces to allow for even frying. Once the meat starts to change color and becomes slightly browned, it's time to add the spices.
