We start preparing this delicious cabbage and meat soufflé by finely chopping the onion and cabbage. Use a sharp knife to get small pieces that will blend perfectly into the mixture. After chopping the onion, take a larger pot and add the margarine, which you will heat over medium heat. When the margarine is completely melted and starts to sizzle, add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until it becomes translucent and releases its aroma. This is the delicious base of our dish.

After the onion has sautéed, add the minced meat, stirring well to break it into small strands. Let the meat cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. When the meat becomes crumbly and changes color, you can add the chopped cabbage, mixing well to combine all the ingredients. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika according to your preferences. Then add the tomato paste mixed with sugar, and pour in the broth to enhance the flavor and moisture of the mixture.

Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes. It is essential to let the liquid evaporate completely, and the mixture should become a thick composition. During this time, prepare the soufflé dish: grease it well with margarine, making sure the walls are covered too. Line the inside with breadcrumbs, which will contribute to achieving a crispy crust.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Once the cabbage and meat mixture is ready, pour it into the prepared dish. Spread the grated cheese on top to achieve a golden and delicious crust. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with milk, adding salt and pepper to taste. Carefully pour this mixture over the soufflé, ensuring it distributes evenly.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the soufflé becomes golden and nicely browned on top.
