Base: In a large bowl, preparations begin for the delicious cake base. The eggs are beaten with sugar, mixing vigorously until the mixture becomes frothy and light in color. This is the perfect base to add the 10 tablespoons of oil, which will give the bases a fine and moist texture. A pinch of salt is also added to balance the sweetness. Preparing the cake: The baking tray should be lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Half of the brown mixture is poured into the tray, which may seem little at first, but it will rise beautifully during baking. On top of this first layer, all the cheese cream is spread, making sure to distribute it evenly. Then, the rest of the brown mixture is poured over the cheese cream, completely covering it. Using a spoon or knife, spread the brown base to make it even. The oven should be preheated to a moderate temperature, and the cake is placed in the oven for about 40-45 minutes.
