To prepare a delicious and refined dessert, we start with the basic ingredients: 250g of flour, 500ml of milk, 200g of sugar, and 200g of margarine, which should be at room temperature. In a deep bowl, we combine the flour, milk, and sugar. We use a mixer to mix all the ingredients well for one minute until we obtain a homogeneous composition. Then, we transfer the mixture to a saucepan and place it over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. It is very important not to let the mixture stick to the bottom of the saucepan, so we focus on stirring. We continue to stir until the cream thickens, and the consistency becomes creamy, similar to that of a pudding. Once we reach the desired texture, we take the saucepan off the heat and let the cream cool completely.

While the cream cools, we prepare the margarine. We ensure that the margarine has reached room temperature and is soft, so it can be easily integrated into our cream. After the cream has cooled, we add the margarine in cubes, directly into the mixture. We use the mixer again to incorporate the margarine, obtaining a smooth and uniform cream. It is essential that all ingredients are well integrated to have a perfect texture.

For assembling the dessert, we will need two layers of cake: one brown layer and one yellow layer. We place the first brown layer on a platter and spread a generous layer of cream over it. Then, we add the yellow layer on top, followed by another layer of cream. We cover everything with the second brown layer. Finally, we sprinkle powdered sugar on top for an elegant and attractive appearance.

To add extra flavor and a more refined look, I decided to cover the brown layer with a layer of chocolate glaze. This will not only enhance the taste but also provide a pleasant contrast with the cream inside. On top of the glaze, I drizzled melted white chocolate, creating a special visual effect. This dessert not only looks impressive, but its taste is absolutely divine, combining textures and flavors that complement each other wonderfully. Enjoy it with your loved ones!
