Today I propose a diet and healthy pizza recipe, ideal for those who want to enjoy a delicious meal without giving up a balanced diet. The crust of this pizza is made from just three simple ingredients, and the absence of yeast, eggs, butter, oil, or other heavy fats makes this pizza an excellent choice for those who want a lighter meal. This recipe is perfect for those who want to lose weight but do not want to sacrifice taste.

To start, we take care of the dough: we sift the flour and mix it with baking soda, making sure there are no lumps. We gradually add the yogurt, continuously mixing to obtain a homogeneous composition. It is essential to use a large tea cup to measure the ingredients so that we have the exact quantities. Once we have obtained an elastic dough, if it seems too soft, do not hesitate to add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to give it a better consistency.

Once the dough is ready, we roll it out on a floured work surface and place it in a round shape, which we can grease with a little oil or line with baking paper. Next, we spread a layer of tomato sauce on the dough, which we mixed with ketchup to give it a more intense and spicy flavor. We do not forget to sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and cover everything with grated mozzarella, keeping a small part to add later on the pizza.

For the delicious filling of the pizza, we suggest a mix of fresh vegetables: bell peppers, tomatoes, corn, and mushrooms. These ingredients not only add a wonderful taste but also contribute to the healthy aspect of the dish. If you prefer, you can add any other ingredients you like, such as olives or onions; it all depends on your preferences.

After we finish arranging all the ingredients, it’s time to bake the pizza. We place it in the preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. It is important to check the pizza during baking; if the crust is very thin, the baking time may be reduced. When we see that the pizza is browned, we take the tray out of the oven and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella or light cheese, then leave the pizza in the oven for another 10 minutes.

In the end, you will have a diet, tasty, and healthy pizza, perfect for any meal! Enjoy it with your loved ones and savor a healthy choice!
