We begin by cutting the chicken breast into thin strips, often referred to as 'sticks', about 2-3 centimeters wide. Make sure the strips are uniform so they cook evenly. After cutting the chicken, we take each stick and wrap it with a slice of bacon, making sure to cover the entire surface well.
