- 3 + 5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 green onions (sliced, keeping the green part)

- 1 bell pepper (I used frozen, but you can also use fresh)
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Chili flakes (to taste)
- 100 g rice noodles (or as desired)
- Hot sauce (for serving)

Preparation Technique
