To prepare this delicious recipe, we start with the crust that will give a unique flavor to the fish. We will use 6 serious nuts, which we will chop finely. These nuts will add a crunchy texture and a special taste. In a bowl, we combine the chopped nuts with 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, which will contribute to the crunchiness of the crust. For an extra flavor, we add grated lemon zest, and if you are fans of the sweet-sour taste, feel free to add a little grated orange zest as well. This fresh mixture will provide a pleasant contrast with the fish.

We continue with a tablespoon of mustard, which will help stick the crust to the fish, but will also add a slightly spicy flavor. We add a tablespoon of olive oil, which will give a nice shine to the crust and enhance the flavors. Don’t forget to season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg, which will add a warm and aromatic note.

For the fish, the choice is essential; you can opt for salmon fillets, cod, or any other preferred fish. After preparing the pieces of fish, we brush them with mustard all over the surface.
