These will be the base of our rolls. To achieve a crispy and tasty texture, brush each square with a thin layer of oil. It is important to overlap 2-3 brushed squares so that the rolls become more consistent.
In a bowl, beat an egg and add cheese, preferably cottage cheese or feta cheese, for a more intense flavor. Mix the ingredients well until you obtain a homogeneous composition.
