In a large bowl, we add approximately 150 ml of oil, considering that this is an estimated amount and may vary depending on the quantity of meat and vegetables we have. We add salt, seasoning, and plenty of pepper – I strongly recommend using about half a tablespoon of salt, two tablespoons of seasoning, and a heaping teaspoon of ground pepper. We mix all the spices well with the oil, so we obtain a flavorful marinade, perfect for marinating the meat.
We continue with the preparation of the vegetables: we clean the peppers and onions, wash them under a stream of cold water, and cut them into suitable pieces. The onion can be cut into thicker slices, and the pepper into pieces that can withstand cooking. Once the vegetables are prepared, we add them to the bowl with the oil and spice mixture. We mix everything very well, ensuring that all ingredients are covered with the marinade. If we notice that there is not enough oil, we can add a little more. After mixing well, we cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to let the flavors combine for 3-4 hours.

We start by taking a piece of chicken meat, which we fold in half to make it thicker, followed by a piece of bacon, a piece of pepper, pork meat, and again bacon.
