Fruit tart is a dessert that harmoniously combines the fresh taste of fruits with a delicious cream and a soft base, having a perfect texture, ideal for any occasion. Whether you serve it at a party, a picnic in nature, or simply as a sweet treat at home, this recipe will win you over with its ease of preparation and attractive appearance.

Total preparation time: 4 hours (including 3 hours of cooling)
Active time: 1 hour
Number of servings: 8

Necessary ingredients:

For the base:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter (soft, not melted)
- 100 g flour
- 30 g coconut
- 1 packet baking powder
- Vanilla sugar (to taste)

For the cream:
- 1 box mascarpone (250 g)
- 1 box cream cheese (preferably Hochland, 200 g)
- 1 packet vanilla-flavored cake cream Dr. Oetker
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar

For decoration:
- 250 g fresh seasonal fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peaches, etc.)
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 packet clear cake gel (gelatin for cake)

Preparation:

1. Vanilla cream:
Start with the vanilla cream, an essential ingredient to give a rich and creamy taste to our tart. In a bowl, add the contents of the Dr. Oetker vanilla cream packet and 200 ml of milk. Mix well with a mixer on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy. It is important to use cold milk to achieve the perfect texture.

2. Mascarpone cream:
In another bowl, place the mascarpone and cream cheese, add the 3 tablespoons of sugar, and mix on medium speed until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Then, incorporate the previously prepared vanilla cream, gently mixing to avoid losing air in the mixture. Your cream is now ready!

3. Preparing the base:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they become frothy and double in volume, about 5-7 minutes. Add the soft butter, mixing gently until incorporated. Then add the sifted flour, baking powder, and coconut. It is normal for some small pieces of butter to remain; they will melt during baking.

4. Baking the base:
Pour the obtained dough into a tart pan (preferably with a removable bottom) greased with a little butter and dusted with flour. Bake the base in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the base cool completely on a rack.

5. Assembling the tart:
After the base has cooled, spread the mascarpone and cream cheese evenly over the entire surface. Arrange the fresh fruits on top, beautifully arranging them for an attractive appearance. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet, using orange juice to enhance the flavor. Pour the gelatin over the fruits, ensuring they are evenly covered.

6. Cooling:
Leave the tart in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, so the gelatin sets and all the flavors blend perfectly.

Useful tips:
- You can use any type of seasonal fruits for decoration, and the combination of fruits will give your tart a colorful and appetizing look.
- If you prefer a crunchier base, you can add some crushed biscuits to the dough mixture.
- The tart can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra touch of flavor.
- Make sure the base is completely cooled before adding the cream to prevent it from melting.

Each serving (1/8 of the tart) contains approximately 250 calories, providing an excellent combination of carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats from cheese and butter.
