To prepare a delicious dessert that will impress any guest, I propose a recipe for cheesecake with strawberries. This recipe is perfect for any special occasion. Let's get started!

The first important step is to soak the gelatin. Take a small bowl and add the gelatin to cold water, letting it hydrate for 10 minutes. This will give our cream the perfect texture. In the meantime, in another bowl, whip the heavy cream together with the whipped cream until the mixture becomes firm and airy. It is essential to ensure that the whipped cream is well beaten to achieve the perfect consistency.

Once we have fluffy whipped cream, we add a few drops of strawberry essence, which will color the cream and give it a fresh and aromatic taste. We continue to mix, then begin to incorporate the cheese, mixing with a mixer until we obtain a homogeneous and creamy composition. This mixture will constitute the delicious base of our cake.

Now, we prepare the cake base. Take a springform pan and place the cake base, ensuring it is evenly laid out. The gelatin that has hydrated earlier needs to be melted now. We do this carefully, ensuring it does not boil, then gradually add it to the cream cheese and whipped cream, mixing well to incorporate it completely.

Once the gelatin is well integrated, we put half of the obtained cream over the base. We take large, firm strawberries, cut them in half, and arrange them nicely on top of the cream. These will not only add a delicious taste but will also create an attractive visual aspect. After placing the strawberries, we add the remaining cream cheese, covering everything well.

For an elegant look, we place the remaining strawberries, also cut in half, on top of the cream. Now, it’s time to refrigerate the cake for about an hour so that all the flavors combine perfectly. After this period, we prepare the red jelly according to the instructions on the package and carefully pour it over the cake, ensuring it distributes evenly.

In the meantime, it is important to leave the cake in the fridge for at least 5 hours to set well. Finally, for an attractive decoration, we adorn the cake with whipped cream and place a large strawberry in the middle, which we cut into five slices for a special visual effect.
