Discover a simple and quick recipe for a delicious spinach tart, perfect for lunch or dinner, as well as an appetizer for a festive meal. This tart is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients, thanks to the fresh spinach. I invite you to join me in this step-by-step culinary adventure!

Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of pastry dough (you can use store-bought dough or make it at home)
- 300 g of fresh spinach (or 200 g of frozen spinach)
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A teaspoon of nutmeg (optional, for a deeper flavor)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. This is the ideal temperature to achieve a golden and crispy crust.

2. Prepare the tart pan: grease it with olive oil and line it with the first sheet of dough. Make sure the dough covers the sides of the pan so that the filling doesn’t leak.

3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant. Then, add the washed and drained spinach. Cook until wilted, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, add the crumbled feta cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix all the ingredients well.

5. Once the spinach has cooled slightly, fold it into the egg and cheese mixture. Ensure everything is well combined.

6. Pour the spinach filling into the prepared tart pan. Cover with the second sheet of dough, making sure the edges are well sealed. If desired, you can make a few cuts in the dough on top to allow steam to escape during baking.

7. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the filling is set.

8. Let the tart cool for 10 minutes before slicing. This step is essential to allow the filling to stabilize.

Serving suggestion: Serve the tart warm or at room temperature, alongside a fresh green salad and a lemon dressing. You can also add some cherry tomatoes for a colorful and flavorful contrast.

Possible variations: Substitute spinach with other vegetables, such as zucchini or mushrooms. You can also experiment with different types of cheese, such as ricotta or mozzarella, to achieve unique flavors.

This spinach tart is an excellent choice for a healthy dessert or a quick lunch that will surely impress with its refined taste. Try this recipe today and enjoy every bite!
