To prepare a delicious soup, we start by placing the bone with meat in a large pot of water, allowing it to boil for about 30 minutes. Additionally, we do not forget the magic borscht, which will bring a pleasant acidity and transform the soup into a truly delicious dish. We also add the tomato paste, which will give a beautiful hue and rich aroma. We let everything boil for another 5-10 minutes, so the ingredients can blend perfectly.

When the soup is ready, we remove the bone from the pot and shred the meat from it, cutting it into small pieces, which we will add back into the soup. Finally, we sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top, bringing a note of freshness. The soup is now ready to be served, and its aroma will delight your senses.
