Tagliatelle with White Sauce and Mushrooms
We start preparing this delicious mushroom and cream pasta recipe by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. It is important to add a teaspoon of salt to the water to enhance the flavor of the pasta. We cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, being careful not to leave them too long, so they remain al dente, meaning slightly firm to the bite.
In the meantime, we take care of the aromatic ingredients. We take fresh mushrooms, wash them well under cold running water, and slice them thinly for even cooking. We peel the onion, cutting it into small pieces, and then turn our attention to the garlic clove. Using the blade of a knife, we gently crush it to release the flavors, then chop it finely. The garlic will add an intense and savory flavor to our dish.
