To prepare a delicious cheese lasagna, we will start by gathering all the necessary ingredients. It is important to ensure that we have fresh cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper, as well as lasagna sheets. In a large bowl, we will add all the ingredients except for the milk and mix them well until we obtain a homogeneous, creamy, and flavorful composition. This cheese mixture will represent the main filling of our lasagna, so it is essential to season it well.

Once we have a uniform mixture, we will gradually add the milk, being careful not to pour it all at once, but to adjust the consistency of the cheese mixture. The goal is to achieve a finer texture, easy to spread on the lasagna sheets. Once this is ready, we turn our attention to the shape in which we will bake the lasagna. I prefer a loaf pan, but if you want to prepare a larger portion, feel free to double the ingredients and use a bigger dish.

We start by laying the first layer of lasagna sheets in the pan, covering the entire surface. It is important to ensure that the sheets are laid as evenly as possible to avoid uneven cooking. Over this first layer, we add a generous layer of the cheese mixture, spreading it with a spatula or spoon, so that it is distributed evenly. We continue to alternate between lasagna sheets and cheese mixture: one layer of sheets, one layer of cheese, until we reach almost the edge of the pan.

The last layer will consist exclusively of the cheese mixture, which will form a delicious and golden crust at the end of baking. Once we have finished layering all the ingredients, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the lasagna in the oven. We let it bake for about an hour, but it is good to check it from time to time. When the surface becomes golden and appetizing, and the cheese starts to sizzle, we know the lasagna is ready.

After taking it out of the oven, we let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing it. This way, the layers will settle better, and each slice will look perfect. This dish is ideal for both a family dinner and to impress friends at a party. Enjoy your meal!
