Chicken Schnitzel with Mustard
Today I propose a simple and delicious recipe, perfect for a quick and healthy dinner, which can quickly become a favorite in your family. It is about breaded chicken, which is prepared without oil and eggs, having a savory taste and a crunchy texture, thanks to the breadcrumbs. This recipe is ideal for those who want to adopt a healthier lifestyle but do not want to give up the pleasure of taste.
To start, prepare all the necessary ingredients: chicken (it can be breast or boneless thighs, depending on your preferences), mustard, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and breadcrumbs. Make sure you have a deep plate and a baking tray or a heat-resistant dish, which you should line with baking paper to prevent sticking.
In the first step, in a plate, combine the mustard with lemon juice and salt, mixing well until you get a smooth paste.
