Add the glass of broth, oregano, thyme, and basil to taste, allowing the mixture to simmer for about 10-15 minutes. It is important for the sauce to thicken and become flavorful, so don't rush this step. The flavors will blend perfectly, providing an intense taste to the final dish.
While the sauce thickens, you can start preparing the dough. Dissolve the yeast in a small bowl with a little warm milk, making sure it is not hot to avoid killing the yeast. Add a teaspoon of sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of flour from the total amount. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the yeast rise for a few minutes until it becomes frothy. This is an essential step to achieve a fluffy and airy dough.
Once the yeast has risen, pour the mixture over the remaining flour in a large bowl. Add the rest of the milk at room temperature and the olive oil. Knead the dough well with your hands until it becomes elastic and homogeneous. It is a pleasant experience, and the smell of olive oil will fill the kitchen. After you finish kneading, cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place, where it will have the chance to double in volume.

Once you have placed the dough in the tray, brush it with half of the boiled broth, ensuring it is evenly covered. Then, slice your favorite vegetables thinly, such as peppers, onions, mushrooms, or olives, and arrange them over the dough. For an extra flavor boost, grate cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella, on top of the vegetables.
