The meat we choose, whether pork, beef, or chicken, should be well patted dry with a paper towel. This step is important, as wet meat will not form a nice crust during cooking. In the meantime, we preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). When the oven is ready, we add the beans to the pot, gently mix the ingredients to combine, and taste. If necessary, we add more salt or pepper to taste. Don’t forget to add fresh or dried parsley for extra flavor.

After mixing everything well, we put the pot in the oven and let the dish cook until the sauce reduces and becomes creamy. About 20 minutes is enough to achieve the desired consistency. For an even more intense flavor, we can use fresh or dried dill, and the garlic can be finely grated and added to the dish before placing it in the oven.
