We start preparing this delicious recipe by preparing our ingredients. We will use a medium onion, which we peel and chop finely. Then, we take 2-3 cloves of garlic, peel them, and crush them lightly with the blade of a knife. These aromas will give a special flavor to our dish.

In a large skillet, we heat a few tablespoons of olive oil. When the oil is hot, we add the chopped onion. We sauté it over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes translucent and starts to take on a golden hue. Then, we add the crushed garlic, being careful not to leave it on the heat too long to avoid bitterness.

After the onion and garlic have sautéed, it’s time to add the meat. We can use beef or pork, depending on our preferences. We cut the meat into small cubes, about 2-3 cm, and add it to the skillet. We let it fry, stirring occasionally, until it changes color and starts to brown nicely. At this point, it’s time to add the spices. A combination of salt, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of cumin will enhance the flavor. We mix well to combine the flavors and let the spices fry a little until fragrant.

After about 5 minutes, we add the beans, which we rinsed beforehand. They can be either canned or boiled at home. We mix everything well and let it fry together for 2-3 minutes. Then, we add the tomato sauce and tomato paste, which will bring a rich flavor and pleasant consistency. We mix again to uniform the ingredients.

After adding the sauce, we reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid. We let the dish simmer gently for about 20 minutes. It is important to stir occasionally to ensure that nothing sticks to the bottom of the skillet. As time passes, the flavors will combine, and a rich and savory sauce will begin to form.

In the last few minutes, we can check the consistency of the sauce and, if desired, add a little water or broth to thin it out, depending on our preferences. When the dish is ready, we can serve it warm, alongside a side of rice or fresh bread, which will absorb the delicious sauce. This recipe is not only tasty but also nutritious, perfect for a family meal or with friends. Enjoy your meal!
