To create a delicious and refined dessert, we start by preparing the base for mini cupcakes. In a blender, we add the peanuts, sugar, cocoa, and flour. After the dough has been in the refrigerator, we divide it into equal-sized balls, approximately the size of a walnut. These balls will then be placed in the muffin molds. Using our fingers, we spread each ball along the walls of the mold, ensuring that the dough is evenly distributed. It is important for the base to be well-pressed to support the filling. Once the molds are ready, we place them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake them for about 10 minutes until they turn slightly golden.

In the meantime, we prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a bowl, we mix the cream cheese with room temperature butter until we achieve a creamy mixture. Then, we add the powdered sugar and, if necessary, a little milk to adjust the consistency. It is essential for the cream to be easy to spread but also to have a stable structure. Finally, we fold in the whipped cream, gently mixing with a spatula to maintain the airiness.

Once the mini cupcakes have completely cooled, we fill them with a teaspoon of chocolate cream, which adds a delicious contrast. We continue with a generous layer of cream cheese frosting, and for an appetizing look, we decorate each cup with a little chocolate cream on top.
