To create a delicious and refined dessert, we start by preparing the base. In a large bowl, the egg whites are beaten until a consistent, slightly glossy foam forms. It is essential that the bowl is clean and dry, allowing the egg whites to develop optimal volume. Once the foam begins to form, we gradually add the sugar, continuing to mix until the mixture becomes firm and glossy. This step is crucial as the sugar helps stabilize the egg white foam.

The next step is to sift together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. These dry ingredients are gradually added to the egg white mixture, folding gently with a spatula in an up-and-down motion to avoid losing the incorporated air. Once all the ingredients are well combined, we pour the mixture into a round baking dish, preferably made of glass, which will help with even baking.

After baking the base in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes, we let it cool completely on a rack. While the base is cooling, we can prepare the delicious cream. By whipping the liquid cream until it becomes firm, we add a well-mashed banana, which will bring a natural flavor and creamy texture. Finally, we add the chocolate cut into small pieces, mixing carefully to maintain the air in the cream.

Once the base has cooled completely, we use a knife to carefully hollow out its center, leaving a thick enough wall to support the filling. The removed center is kept for later use. In the created hollow, we place the three lengthwise sliced bananas, which not only add a pleasant appearance but also a fresh and sweet taste. Over these bananas, we generously pour the whipped cream, covering it evenly.

To finish this dessert, we crumble the previously removed base and sprinkle it over the cream, creating a mound effect that will add a rustic touch and a crunchy texture. This dessert can be served immediately or left in the fridge to chill a bit before serving, allowing the flavors to meld even better.
