To prepare a delicious chocolate brownie, start by gathering the essential ingredients. In a large bowl, add 250 grams of flour, 200 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of baking soda, and 50 grams of high-quality cocoa powder. The cocoa will add a rich flavor and intense color to your cake, so don't skimp on quality. Mix these dry ingredients using a whisk or a silicone spatula, ensuring there are no lumps. It is important that all components are well combined to achieve an even and fluffy brownie.

Once you have a homogeneous mixture, gradually add 250 ml of water, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 50 ml of vinegar (to help activate the baking soda), and 1 teaspoon of rum essence.
