The gelatin is prepared according to the instructions on the package, and the remaining milk is gently heated before adding the gelatin, stirring constantly until it dissolves completely. The milk with the gelatin is integrated into the cheese mixture, obtaining a creamy composition.
We assemble the cake starting with a layer of base that we place at the bottom of the cake pan. This is spread with half of the jam, and then we pour the cheese mixture, smoothing it out.
