To make a delicious pork roll, the first step is to ensure you have all the ingredients at hand so that you can work efficiently. Start by preparing the pork, choosing a piece of meat that is large enough and well-maintained. Flatten the meat with a meat mallet to achieve an even surface that allows for easy rolling.

Once you have flattened the meat, prepare the spice mixture. Crush a few cloves of garlic and mix them with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and thyme. These flavors will penetrate the meat, giving it a rich and savory taste. Evenly coat the meat with this mixture, making sure to cover the entire surface well. The spices can be adjusted according to your preferences, and a tablespoon of each ingredient should be a good start.

In the center of the piece of meat, place a few sausages, which will add an extra layer of flavor to the roll. Now that you have everything prepared, it's time to roll the meat. Start from one end and carefully roll the meat around the sausage, ensuring it stays well wrapped in the center. Once you have a compact roll, use kitchen twine or a needle and thread to sew the edges so that it doesn’t come apart during cooking.

To give it an even more intense flavor, place the roll in a large pot of water to boil. Add a few peppercorns, bay leaves, and coriander seeds to the water, which will infuse the meat with subtle flavors. Simmer the roll on low heat so that it cooks evenly and is well infused. The boiling time may vary, but generally, an hour should be sufficient. Once cooked, remove the roll from the water and let it cool.

After it has cooled, it’s time to give it a special flavor through smoking. Use a smoker or a special device to add that distinct smoky flavor. Place the roll in the smoker and let it smoke for a few hours until it turns golden and develops a delicious crust.

Finally, the pork roll is ready to be served. It can be sliced thin and served with various sides, such as mashed potatoes or a fresh salad. This recipe will not only delight your taste buds but will also become a cherished dish at meals with loved ones.
