Green beans are a versatile and healthy ingredient, perfect for being integrated into delicious recipes. We start by trimming the ends of the beans, then breaking each pod into smaller pieces. It is important to ensure that the beans are fresh so that they maintain a crunchy texture and a full flavor. Once the beans are prepared, we boil them in a pot with water and a little salt. This will help to enhance the flavor and make the vegetables more appetizing. After about 10-15 minutes, when the beans become slightly tender, we drain them and set them aside.

Next, we will take care of the mushrooms. They are carefully cleaned, washed under cold running water, and sliced thinly. The mushrooms add moisture and flavor to our dish. In a saucepan, we heat the oil, then add the sliced mushrooms. We sprinkle a little salt to help release the water from the mushrooms and let them sauté until almost all the water has evaporated, and the mushrooms become golden and tender.

After the mushrooms are sautéed, we clean the onion and chop it finely. We add it over the mushrooms, mixing well to combine the flavors. The onion will add a sweet taste to our dish. The next ingredient is the zucchini, which we peel and cut into small cubes. We add the zucchini to the saucepan, sprinkle salt, and add about 50 ml of water. We cover the saucepan with a lid and let it simmer on low heat so that the zucchini becomes tender.

When the zucchini is half-cooked, we add the green beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. These ingredients will not only enrich the dish but also add vibrant color. We season with salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer for a few minutes, periodically checking the texture of the vegetables. Towards the end, we add the diced bell pepper, which will bring a note of freshness.

After a few minutes, when all the vegetables are well cooked, we add the sliced garlic, chopped parsley, and minced celery leaves. These will intensify the flavors of the dish and give it a fresh taste. We mix well, put the lid on the saucepan, and turn off the heat, letting the dish sit for a few minutes to meld the flavors. Thus, each ingredient will contribute to a delicious final taste. Enjoy your meal!
