To prepare this delicious and healthy recipe, we will start by preparing all the ingredients. Cabbage is a versatile ingredient, and in this recipe, we will cut it as we like, either into thin strips or cubes, depending on everyone's preferences. After cutting the cabbage, we will blanch it in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes slightly soft but still retains its crunchy texture.

Meanwhile, we take care of the potato. We choose a medium-sized potato, which we cut into very fine julienne. This will allow the potato to fry evenly and become crispy. We heat oil in a deep pan, making sure there is enough oil to cover the potato.
