To prepare a delicious serving of spaghetti with kaizer and eggs, you need a few simple but essential ingredients to achieve a savory taste. This recipe is perfect for a family meal or with friends, taking about 30 minutes to prepare. For 4 servings, you will need 400 g of spaghetti, 200 g of kaizer, 4 eggs, 150 g of grated cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil, and optionally, a few cloves of garlic.

Start by boiling a pot full of water, adding a good tablespoon of salt. When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti and let them cook according to the instructions on the package, usually between 8 and 10 minutes, until they are al dente. Make sure to stir them occasionally to prevent sticking.

Meanwhile, prepare the kaizer. Cut it into small cubes or strips, according to your preference. In a large skillet, heat a few tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the kaizer and let it fry for a few minutes until it becomes crispy and golden. In the last minutes of frying, add the minced garlic, being careful not to burn it, as it can become bitter.

If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a little of the spaghetti cooking water to achieve a creamier texture.
