To prepare a delicious stuffed pie, we will start by making the two doughs. In the first phase, dough 1, mix 150 grams of high-quality flour with 100 ml of warm water. In this water, we will dissolve 15 grams of fresh yeast and a pinch of salt, essential for giving flavor to the dough. After mixing the ingredients well, we will cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes, until it doubles in volume.

Meanwhile, we will take care of dough 2. Here, we will knead 350 grams of flour with 100 ml of water, 100 grams of soft butter, a tablespoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, and two eggs. We mix all the ingredients until we obtain a homogeneous and elastic dough. Once dough 1 has risen, we will combine it with dough 2, kneading well to integrate them perfectly. Once we have obtained a uniform dough, we wrap it in cling film and let it chill for 30 minutes.

After the resting time has expired, it is time to start preparing. On a floured work surface, we roll out the dough into three equal discs. On the first disc, we apply a generous layer of ketchup, followed by grated cheese, sweet corn, and thin slices of ham, which will add a savory flavor to our dish. We continue with the second disc, where we will repeat the same process, adding ketchup, cheese, corn, and ham again, and finally, we place the third disc on top.

To give the pie an attractive shape, we use a pastry wheel to make cuts resembling rays, starting from the center of the disc and spaced about 7-8 cm apart. Then, each triangle obtained is twisted with the bottom side up, creating a pleasing visual effect. After finishing working with the dough, we brush the pie with beaten egg to give it a golden and appetizing crust and let it rise for another 45 minutes.

While we wait, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. After the pie has risen, we place it in the preheated oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes, until it becomes golden brown and crispy. If using a gas oven, make sure it has been properly heated before placing the pie inside. In the end, we enjoy a fluffy, aromatic, and flavorful pie, perfect for a snack or family meal. Bon appétit!
