To prepare a delicious 'tower' style pork recipe, we start by choosing a fresh piece of pork, which we will cut into thin slices, similar to those used for schnitzels. The meat slices should be uniform to cook evenly. Once we have cut them, we will lightly pound them with a meat hammer to tenderize them and make them more delicate. Then, we sprinkle salt, Delikat, and pepper on both sides, adjusting the spices to personal taste.

In a separate bowl, we will mix the minced meat with two finely chopped onions, eggs, and preferred spices, such as paprika or garlic powder, to add extra flavor. It is important that the onion is well integrated into the mixture, as it will provide juiciness and a pleasant aroma to the dish.

After preparing the mixture, we take a pounded slice of meat and spread a portion of the minced meat mixture on it. We continue to add alternating layers of minced meat and meat slices, creating a tall and appetizing 'tower'. It is essential that each layer is pressed well to stick together and form a compact mass.

Once we have finished arranging all the layers, we turn our attention to the baking tray. Along the edge of the tray, we place some pieces of sausage, cut into suitable sizes, which will add a savory taste to the dish. In the middle of the tray, we cut an onion into larger pieces, which will contribute to flavoring the dish during baking.

Over the chopped onion, we lay the meat 'tower' horizontally, ensuring it is well spread. This will help achieve a pleasant texture. The tower will then be covered with oil, and water will be added until it reaches halfway up. This step is essential to prevent the meat from sticking to the tray and to ensure even cooking.

Once everything is prepared, we place the tray in the oven, setting the temperature to low heat at first, allowing it to cook slowly for 30 minutes. Then, we increase the temperature to a suitable level, constantly monitoring the water level in the tray. If we notice that the liquid is decreasing, we can add water from time to time, ensuring that the dish remains moist and juicy.

After the baking time has expired, we will check if the meat is properly cooked, and the tower has developed a nice, golden crust. Served warm, this dish becomes a special main course, perfect for impressing family and friends at a festive meal.
