To create a delicious and beneficial smoothie for joints, it is essential to choose ingredients that are not only tasty but also have anti-inflammatory and nutritious properties. Thus, we will use cabbage, a food rich in vitamins K and C, which contribute to bone health. The pear is an excellent source of fiber and antioxidants, while the sweetie pulp, with its sweet taste, adds a touch of freshness. Ginger and turmeric are the two spices that should not be missed, as they both play a role in improving circulation and combating inflammation.

We start by thoroughly washing all the ingredients, ensuring that we remove any pesticides or impurities. After cleaning them, we weigh the desired quantities: half a small cabbage, one ripe pear, the pulp of one sweetie, and a piece of fresh ginger about 2-3 cm long. We cut the cabbage into smaller pieces to facilitate processing, and we cut the pear and sweetie pulp into cubes. We grate or finely chop the ginger to better integrate it into the smoothie.

In the Breville Blend Active blender container, we first add the sweetie pulp, cabbage, fresh ginger, a teaspoon of powdered turmeric, a tablespoon of honey (for an extra touch of natural sweetness), and 200 ml of almond milk. Then, in the first batch, we process these ingredients until we achieve a homogeneous consistency. It is important to ensure that all the ingredients are well mixed and have become a fine paste.

After obtaining the first mixture, we add the pear cubes, which add a creamy texture and a sweet taste. We repeat the blending process until everything becomes a smooth smoothie, without lumps. If we want a thinner smoothie, we can add a little more almond milk.

Once the smoothie is ready, we can pour it into a large glass or a container to take with us. This smoothie is not only delicious but also full of nutrients that help alleviate joint problems. By enjoying it, we can indulge in a healthy treat that contributes to our overall well-being.
