A chocolate cake can turn any occasion into a special moment. Inspired by the tradition of festive sweets, this M&M cake will bring smiles and joy to the faces of your loved ones. Easy to make, it is sure to become a family and friends' favorite!

Ingredients:
- 100 g sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 2 packs of wafer rolls (one with cocoa cream and one with cappuccino cream)
- 1 cake base (preferably store-bought for speed)
- 1 pack of 100 g M&M (or more, to taste)
- 50 g cocoa
- 100 g raisins
- 2 packs of cocoa-flavored pudding
- 400 ml whipped cream (for a rich taste)
- 1 small bottle of rum essence (to taste)

Preparation:

1. Preparing the raisins:
In a cup, add cold water halfway, add a little rum essence (to taste) and two teaspoons of sugar. Mix well and add the raisins. Let them soak for 30 minutes. This step will not only enhance the texture of the raisins but will also add a pleasant flavor.

2. Preparing the cake bases:
Choose a pan slightly larger than the cake base you have. This is important because we will wrap the cake with wafer rolls. Open the cake base package and place it at the bottom of the pan. Use a teaspoon to soak the base with a few tablespoons of the raisin water, being careful not to soak it too much.

3. Preparing the chocolate cream:
In a metal pot, add cocoa and milk. Put the pot over medium heat and stir constantly until it starts to boil. When the mixture is hot, add the pudding and stir vigorously to avoid lumps. Once the cream is homogeneous, let it cool. When cold, add the raisins (without the soaking liquid) to the chocolate cream and mix.

4. Whipping the cream:
Using a blender, whip the 400 ml of whipped cream together with the 3 tablespoons of sugar until it becomes firm. Meanwhile, ensure that the chocolate cream has cooled completely, then gradually add the chocolate cream to the blender. Gently mix with a spoon, then let the blender homogenize the mixture. Finally, add a little rum essence for extra flavor.

5. Assembling the cake:
Spread half of the chocolate cream over the base in the pan, then add the next piece of base, which you soak again. Repeat the process with the remaining cream and the last piece of base. Make sure the top base is also soaked. Cover the cake with the remaining cream, but do not overdo it on the edges, as we will add wafer rolls.

6. Decorating the cake:
Take the packs of wafer rolls and place them vertically around the cake, alternating between those with cocoa cream and those with cappuccino cream. This will not only add a nice look to the cake but also a crunchy texture. Finally, distribute the M&Ms on top of the cake. You can be generous and add more, depending on your preferences!

7. Cooling:
Let the cake chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours to allow the cream to set and the flavors to combine perfectly. During this time, you can prepare a delicious drink to enjoy with the cake, such as a fruit tea or warm milk with vanilla.

Practical tips:
- If you want a less sweet version, you can reduce the amount of sugar in the cream.
- You can replace the M&Ms with grated chocolate or dried fruits for a different presentation.
- The cake will be easier to cut if left in the fridge for a few hours, but you can consume it immediately after assembling if you're impatient.

Nutritional benefits:
This chocolate cake is a good source of energy, thanks to the cocoa and the fats in the cream. The raisins add fiber and antioxidants, while the M&Ms provide a splash of joy. It is an excellent choice for a special occasion, but should be consumed in moderation considering the caloric content.

Frequently asked questions:
- Can I replace the cake base with a healthier option?
Yes, you can use a whole wheat base or a biscuit base for a more diet-friendly version.
- What is the best way to store the cake?
The cake stores perfectly in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container.

This chocolate cake with M&M will not only satisfy your sweet tooth but will also become a centerpiece on your table. Enjoy it with your loved ones and let it become part of your stories. Bon appétit!
