To create a refined and savory dessert, I began by combining boxes of mascarpone with 150 ml of whipped cream, adding a few drops of lemon flavor to provide a fresh and invigorating taste. This combination is the perfect base for a dessert that will impress any guest. The lemon flavor perfectly complements the mascarpone cream, giving it a unique and enticing note.

Next, I prepared the ladyfingers, which I carefully soaked. I used a syrup made from water and sugar, but only a little, to avoid making them too wet. Each ladyfinger was gently dipped on both sides, ensuring that they absorbed just the right amount of syrup without falling apart. Then, I began to build the layers of the dessert: the first layer was made up of ladyfingers, followed by a generous layer of mascarpone cream.

I repeated this process, adding another layer of ladyfingers, followed by another layer of cream. Finally, I finished with a layer of whipped cream that I flavored again with lemon to intensify the taste. This last layer not only adds a fluffy texture but also an attractive appearance to the dessert. To complete the dish, I grated chocolate on top, providing a delicious contrast and an elegant look. The chocolate adds an extra flavor and makes the dessert even more appealing.

This recipe is not only simple but also extremely versatile. Although I prefer to avoid raw eggs and liquor for health reasons, especially since I have a little girl, I am happy to adapt the recipe to our preferences. Every time I make it, I can change the flavor from lemon to other flavors, such as vanilla or orange, depending on the season or family preferences.

Soon, I plan to try an even more sophisticated recipe, using champagne ladyfingers and a Lory cream, similar to that used for amandine. In the end, I will add whipped cream again, and I am sure it will be a delight. This version promises to be not only tasty but also a true visual treat, perfect for any special occasion.
