How do we prepare it? Nothing simpler! We start by preparing the pears, choosing the most beautiful and ripe ones, suitable for being presented on a plate. We gently cut the bottom ends of the pears so that they can stand upright, providing a pleasant and elegant appearance. It is important to ensure that the cut is even to avoid the pears tipping over.

Next, we take care of the chocolate. We grate both white and dark chocolate on a fine grater, making sure to obtain small and uniform flakes. For each type of chocolate, we add 25 ml of milk, which will help melt it and provide a creamy and rich flavor. In a saucepan, we put the 100 g of grated dark chocolate together with 25 ml of milk and let them cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes smooth and shiny.

Once the dark chocolate has completely melted, we take the two pears and carefully roll them in the dark chocolate glaze, making sure they are evenly coated. We place the pears on a plate and let them cool so that the glaze can harden.

After finishing with the dark chocolate, we repeat the process for the other two pears, this time using white chocolate. We melt the white chocolate just like we did the dark one, adding 25 ml of milk and stirring constantly. We roll the pears in the white glaze and place them next to the ones covered in dark chocolate on the same plate, creating a pleasant contrast between the two colors.

To complete this delicious dessert, we prepare a sweet sauce made of honey and candied fruits. In a small saucepan, we put 3 tablespoons of honey to melt, being careful not to burn it. Once the honey is warmed, we add the diced candied fruits. We let the mixture cook for a few seconds, just enough to blend the flavors.

For serving, we take the plate with the chocolate-covered pears and carefully pour the honey and candied fruit sauce around them. This sauce will add a note of sweetness and will perfectly complement the intense flavor of the chocolate. So, we are ready to enjoy this sophisticated and delicious dessert. Bon Appétit!
