In a stainless steel or heat-resistant glass bowl, we will start by melting the chocolate together with the butter, adding vanilla essence and sugar. It is important that the mixture is homogeneous, so we will ensure to stir constantly to prevent the chocolate from burning. As the ingredients combine, we also add a pinch of salt, which will enhance the sweet flavors and add a pleasant contrast. Once the chocolate and butter have melted and the mixture is allowed to cool slightly, we will add the two eggs, one at a time.
